A new key image and PV trailer have been revealed for the television anime series The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 5, 2024.
The latest trailer also reveals the anime’s opening theme song “Cure” by Japanese band Waterweed and the ending theme song “Green Jade” by ChouCho.

Takahide Ogata (Motto! Majime ni Fumajime Kaiketsu Zorori) is directing the anime, with Shougo Yasukawa (Otaku Elf) as the series’ scriptwriter, and Kenji Tanabe (co-character designer for Blue Lock) as as character designer, Hitoshi Fujima and Seima Kondou as music composer. Studio Add and Shin-Ei Animation are handling the animation production for the series.
Meanwhile, the main voice cast includes:

The anime is based on the original novel written by Kurokata and illustrated by KeG, published under Kadokawa’s MF Books label. The series ran from March 25, 2016 to March 25, 2020 with a total of 12 episodes. The story was originally written as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in March 2014.

One Peace Books, which published both the light novels and the 2017 Reki Kugayama English manga adaptation, describes the general summary as follows:
