Horimiya: The Missing Pieces previewed the new main visual final episode

Following the penultimate episode, the highly anticipated 13th and final episode of Horimiya: The Missing Pieces, will air on September 23, 2023.

To add to the excitement of the finale, a promotional video was revealed by the show’s staff, giving fans a recap of the season as well as a glimpse of what’s to come. A key visual was also released along with the video, adding to the excitement surrounding the film’s ending.

Horimiya is not only extremely popular in the manga world but has also achieved success in the form of many anime and has developed a loyal fan base. The previous anime adaptation consisted of 13 episodes and premiered in Japan in February 2021. Building on this win, the announcement of a second anime series, Horimiya: Piece, came on March 25, 2023 .

The new episodes include untold stories from the manga that were not covered in the first adaptation, with the original voice cast, including Haruka Tomatsu, Koki Uchiyama, Yuka Terasaki, Seiichiro Yamashita, and Yurie Kozakai returning. again. And Crunchyroll simultaneously broadcast the show in both Japanese and English.

The series is based on Daisuke Hagiwara’s beloved high school comedy Horimiya, which itself was adapted from the original 2007 shonen web manga, Hori-san to Miyamura-kun, written and illustrated by Hiroki Adachi, under the pen name Hero. Running in Square Enix’s monthly G Fantasy magazine since 2011, Hagiwara’s adaptation concluded in March 2021 under Hero’s supervision. Square Enix released the final compilation volume in July 2021, followed by an English version by Yen Press on May 23, 2023. An additional epilogue chapter was added to give the series a fitting conclusion. This admirable story.

The series revolves around a popular high school girl, Hori-san, who is actually a simple and family-oriented person. One day, she runs into Miyamura-kun outside of class, a seemingly normal and gloomy fanboy who is attractive but has an ugly personality and is full of piercings and tattoos. The two suddenly bonded and decided to help each other.

The final episode of Horimiya: The Missing Pieces will air on September 23, 2023 on Crunchyroll.
