Miyuki Yorita's Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for the English release of her manga Her Kiss, My Libido Twinkles ended Saturday after surpassing its goal of 700,000 yen (about $4,762).
Additionally, Aneido's campaign to release the manga Now No One Lurks Beneath the Snow in English ended on August 19 and raised 2,954,080 yen (about US$20,222) from 493 backers.
The campaign for Her Kiss, My Libido Twinkles has raised 3,740,249 yen (about $25,448) from 429 backers. Digital and physical copies of the English version of the manga will be released in December. The campaign has also surpassed several stretch goals, including English translations of two short manga series and book covers for the print editions.
The comic book author describes his story:
Sana is hospitalized after injuring her leg. While there, she meets Ayane, a girl who is also hospitalized like her. After meeting Ayane countless times and becoming increasingly curious about what kind of person she is, fate leads Sana to approach her…
Xfolio Shuppan published the manga digitally as individual chapters and as a compilation volume. The compiled volumes are in three volumes.
The manga inspired three live-action short films that Yorita posted on her YouTube channel with English subtitles.

Digital and physical copies of the English edition of Now No One Lurks Beneath the Snow: A Queer Fantasy Romance will be available in January. ZorritoIV is translating and Red String Translations is lettering the English edition.
The manga author describes his story:
I was taken in by a peasant family in a snowy village but was treated very badly by them. However, fate had other plans for me. One day, I was ordered to visit a place deep in the mountains. On top of that, I had to deliver carrots to this mansion that everyone was reluctant to visit.
And there, a mysterious, beautiful, and wise individual who called the snowy manor their home, was waiting for me.
Her name is Kay. She was the first person to tell me that she liked me, even though everyone around me treated me like they despised me.
Although Kay has flaws such as a selfish attitude and a tendency to lie, I found those flaws quite touching.
But one day, after several visits, Kay suddenly told me never to visit her again.
When I dug deeper, she revealed that she was forced into an arranged marriage.
Even though she begged me, I couldn't accept the truth. I felt like I needed to tell Kay how I felt. “I love you with every fiber of my being, Kay.” “I want us to get through this and be together, Kay.”
So, once again, I climbed the snowy mountain. However, this time, I wasn't delivering carrots, but to confess my love to Kay.
