Genshin Impact has announced that voice actress Shino Shimoji will voice the upcoming playable character Chevreuse, the leader of the special security and surveillance patrol from Fontaine. Erika Lindbeck voices the character in English. Meanwhile, Genshin Impact also introduces Chiori, who will be voiced by Ayana Taketatsu.

Chevreuse will be available to wish for in phase 2 of the patch alongside the Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya rerun banners. Meanwhile, the newest 5-star playable character Navia (voiced by Aki Toyosaki) will have her banner alongside Ayaka in the early stages. Genshin Impact version 4.3 is scheduled to release on December 20.

Shino Shimoji is known for playing Maha in The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an aristocrat, Ru Rurushi in Farming Life in Another World, Alexandra Magritte in Tada Never Falls in Love, Akari Ozora in the Aikatsu series and Mako Toma in Selection Project. Some of her recent roles include Narumi Someya in The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses and Teru Momijiyama/Shy in Shy. In addition to her roles in the anime, Shimoji also voices other gacha game characters such as the USS Georgia in Azur Lane, Myrtle in Arknights, and Yuka Nakano in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage.
Ayana Taketatsu is widely known for her roles as Nino Nakano in Quintessential Quintuplets, Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live, Azusa Nakano in K-On!, Koneko Toujo in High School DxD, Suguha Kirigaya/Leafa in Sword Art Online, Kei Karuizawa in Classroom of the Elite, W in Arknights and Kirino Kosaka in Oreimo.
