Anime Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange has released new key visuals for the upcoming second season, which will begin on January 6. The final episode previously aired on December 23. Studio Brain’s Base is working on animated the series under the direction of Masahiko Murata.

Shinzo Fujito is responsible for composing the anime, while Hitomi Tsuruta and Koji Yabuno are designing the characters. The opening song is “Anthropos” by Kanjani Eight while the ending song is “Perfect World” by LMYK. The anime’s cast includes:

Anime Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange (Firefighter! Daigo of Fire Company M: Kyukoku no Orange) is based on the manga Megumi no Daigo: Kyukoku no Orange by Masahito Soda, with support from Kuro Tomiyama. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine since October 2020. Preceded by the 1995 manga Megumi no Daigo by the same author. It is published under Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine.
In 1999, the franchise got an animated film directed by Susumu Nishizawa and animated by Sunrise. A television series aired on Fuji TV for 11 episodes in 2004.
