Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest Episode 7 Review:This episode was pretty peaceful and prepared us for the next challenge. Let's see how this episode goes.
Fairy Tail: 100 Years Episode 6 Recap
The episode starts with a light-hearted scene featuring Naruto, Lucy, and Happy. The focus then shifts to a dire situation where Naruto and his friends find themselves in a nightmarish battle. Mercphobia, the water dragon god, is wreaking havoc without restraint, amplifying his destruction by raising the ocean into the sky. This floating sea allows him to destroy buildings and drown anyone in his path.
Despite Naruto and Happy's efforts, they still struggle to reach Mercphobia due to his overwhelming power. Just when all hope seems lost, a new and important character enters the picture—one of the five dragon gods, a fire dragon who bears a striking resemblance to Igneel. This raises questions about his connection to Naruto's adoptive father. Are they related or is there some other connection between them? The answers to these questions will be revealed in this episode, making it a must-watch.
The appearance of the fire dragon hints at a future confrontation where he could be Naruto's final challenge. Natsu will need to become stronger to face this formidable opponent and this time, he will have to do it without relying on his friends. We also find out that this dragon is Igneel's real son, making the situation even more complicated.

Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest Episode 7 Review and Recap
This episode starts off on a light note as we see the aftermath of the intense battle between Mercphobia and Naruto's team. Things seem peaceful but Natsu is still not happy with how the battle went. He hates the fact that he lost control and doesn't remember most of what happened after eating Ignia's flames. However, he is extremely apologetic and grateful to Lucy, the only one who could stop his rampage.
The people of Guiltina initially cannot believe that they were once human and have turned to fish for the power of Mercphobia. They also mourn the death of their Water Dragon God, whom they trusted and respected greatly. But in a surprising turn of events, we see that Mercphobia is not actually dead, but has just turned into a human. He can finally live with the people he loves and not be hunted for his powers anymore.
In this episode, we also got to meet the Guild Master Diabolos. He seems to be scarier than the other members we have seen and he also seems to be more ruthless. In addition, Touka, who defeated all the members of Fairy Tail, is chasing after Naruto and the others so she can defeat them.
In this episode, we also learn about the other four. The dragons are guaranteed to be much stronger than Mercphobia. From Mercphobia, we also get some information about each of them, but not enough. He only knows how to find the Divine Wood Dragon, which is also the largest dragon in the world.
So from now on, Naruto and his teammates will embark on a new journey where they meet more interesting people in their quest to find the wooden dragon.
Verdict
Today's episode was a much needed breather after the intense argument last episode. We got a lot of humor here and I loved the light-hearted tone towards the end. But things are just getting started and we'll see more action in the coming episodes.
