Evangelion continues to dominate in Anime-themed fashion
The large number of clothing items in the Evangelion series means that fans can form entire wardrobes from the series. RADIO EVA recently teamed up with British footwear manufacturer WALSH to produce new sneakers inspired by the Rebuild of Evangelion series. Fans looking for something a little less casual can rock the Evangelion heel sneakers by MAYLA – a boutique brand that has previously collaborated with popular animated series like Spy x Family and Violet Evergarden. Meanwhile, designer Seveskig’s Evangelion line completely ditches the gentleness, opting instead for boldly graphic T-shirts and bright sweaters inspired by AT Field.

Evangelion’s ability to inspire many clothing collaborations owes to its timeless nature as an anime experience. The franchise was revived with the new Rebuild of Evangelion quartet, introducing the series to a new generation more than a decade after it first aired in 1995. All four films, starting with Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone and concludes with Evangelion: 3.0 +1.0 Three Times, available to stream via Amazon’s Prime Video.
