Retailing for $146 on the Good Smile US website, the pre-order window is open until October 23rd, giving one enough time to sell their soul for a few bucks. The 1/6th scale figure measures approximately 10.6 inches and features the Toradora heroine in an adorable white bunny suit with black lace stockings and a somewhat angry expression. Her raised hands mimic a tiger’s claws and a cute little yellow bow adds to the cuteness factor. The FREE Taiga Aisaka bunny figure was drawn by Hiroto Tanimoto and they did an A+ job.
One of the best romantic comedies out there, Yuyuko Takemiya's Toradora (art by Yasu), was adapted into a 25-episode anime series by JC Staff that was part of the Fall 2008 anime lineup. Toradora follows Ryuuji Takasu and Taiga Aisaka, an unlikely couple who initially come together to help each other with their romantic interests. However, as time passes and the two grow closer, the people they like change, and the distance between the two becomes increasingly blurred over time. Toradora is available on Crunchyroll and Netflix and is a must-watch for fans of romantic comedies. The light novels ran from March 2006 to March 2009 and have 10 episodes. A Toradora Playstation Portable game was also released by Bandai Namico in 2009.
