A new key visual and trailer have been released for the upcoming Duel Masters LOST: Tsuioku no Suisho television anime series. The latest installment in the Duel Masters series will begin streaming in Japan on October 4, 2024.
The new trailer reveals the series' main theme song “Narrative” by Japanese rock band Tsukuyomi, as well as two new songs. The voice cast includes Hana Hishikawa as Niika and Honoka Inoue as Crysta.

Additionally, a sequel manga titled Duel Masters LOST: Gekka no Shinigami will premiere on August 8, 2024 and will also be adapted into an anime.

The anime features the return of two Duel Masters Win characters including Shotaro Uzawa as Win Kirifuda and Wataru Hatano as Abyssbell=Emperor Jashin (Jashin-kun). JCSTAFF is responsible for animation production for the series.
Riki Fukushima (Tamayomi: The Baseball Girls, Beyblade the Movie: Fierce Battle) is directing Duel Masters LOST: Tsuioku no Suisho, with Yoichi Kato (Duel Masters) serving as series writer, Chikara Hashizume (Requiem of the Rose King) as character designer, and Seiko Akashi (Cardfight!! Vanguard) as art director.
Other staff members include Kyosuke Ishikawa as color designer, Toshitaka Mogi as animation director, and Hiroyuki Tadokoro (Duel Masters King Max) as CG director.
The Duel Masters LOST manga series is illustrated by Yo Kanebayashi, with Duel Masters franchise creator Shigenobu Matsumoto credited as the original creator. The manga first debuted on Shogakukan's Weekly CoroCoro Comic website on February 1, 2024. Kanebayashi and Matsumoto are also working on the sequel manga Gekka no Shinigami.

The LOST series also includes the “Abyss Revolution Gaiden: Death Bell Crystal” card pack for the Duel Masters franchise, which went on sale in Japan on February 17, 2024. The most recent anime entry, Duel Masters Win: Duel Wars, premiered in Japan in April 2023.
Duel Masters LOST is described as an “alternate timeline story” that takes place at the same time as the current story of Duel Masters Win. The series follows 16-year-old Win Kirifuda, who has lost everything from his old world and is drawn into a fierce battle to regain it.
