Anime fans can always rely on Bandai's Premium store to sell special (and sometimes slightly unusual) items from their favorite anime series, like Yu-Gi-Oh!, Neon Genesis Evangelion and of course , Dragon Ball Z. One The exciting new item Dragon Ball fans should keep an eye out for is an accessory based on everyone's favorite pink blob.
Dragon Ball's official X social media account is promoting a belt based on the belt worn by Majin Buu in his story of the same name in Dragon Ball Z. Just like in the anime, the Majin Belt Buu is a black belt that has a giant “M” on the gold buckle. The anime belt will come in three sizes (S, M, and L) and will retail for 16,500 yen, or about $108.65 USD. Pre-orders are available now at the Premium Bandai store and begin shipping in June.

Unfortunately, for anime fans in North America, the Majin Buu Belt is currently only available to Japanese buyers. Even accessing the Majin Buu Belt product listing page on the Bandai Premium store requires a VPN device located in Japan to view — disappointing news for those living outside of Japan who want the belt complete their Majin Buu cosplay (or just want a belt with some layers). However, the official Dragon Ball English website acknowledging the product hopefully means US fans will have access to it sooner through Premium Bandai's official international store.
Various forms of Dragon Ball Z's Majin Buu
In Dragon Ball Z's “Majin Buu Saga,” Majin Buu is a pink and blob-like monster that can absorb and assimilate any living creature in the galaxy. Among the many versions introduced in the final Dragon Ball Z storyline, Majin Buu's base form is often referred to as “Innocent Buu” due to the character's child-like nature (ironically, the “Kid Buu” form ” by Majin Buu is his most evil version).

When bounty hunters target Bee and Mr. Satan, Innocent Buu's attempt to restrain his murderous rage in order to honor Satan's demand to see value in life causes a split in his personality.
