Toei Animation's official X account announced on September 24, 2024 that the anime Dragon Ball Z will be released in English dub in theaters in the United States this November.
The premiere will feature the first three episodes, scheduled to air nationwide from November 10 to 12, 2024.
Alongside the announcement, Toei Animation also released the anime's first English dubbed trailer.

Dragon Ball Z will begin airing in Japan on October 11, 2024 at 11:40 p.m.
Crunchyroll will stream the anime in the United States, Canada, Latin America (including Brazil), Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.
This marks the return of the series. Dragon Ball on television for the first time in six years, after the end of Dragon Ball Super in March 2018.
Notably, this is the first time in the series' history that a Dragon Ball anime will air in a late night timeslot.
Dragon Ball Z is an original anime series written by the late Akira Toriyama.
Toriyama was deeply involved in the production process, overseeing the story, character designs, and many other elements.
The anime is co-directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki, with series composition by Yuko Kakihara and character design by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru.
Zedd feat. C&K. performed the anime's opening theme song 'Jaka Jaan' in collaboration with Zedd. Ai performed the ending theme song 'NAKAMA'.
The plot revolves around the Z characters along with Supreme Kai being turned into children by the enemy.
Dragon Ball is a Japanese media franchise created by Akira Toriyama in 1984. The first manga, written and illustrated by Toriyama, was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1995, with 519 individual chapters collected into 42 tankōbon volumes by publisher Shueisha.
Toriyama's manga has been adapted and split into two anime series produced by Toei Animation: Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Zwhich aired in Japan from 1986 to 1996. Additionally, the studio developed 21 animated films and three television specials, as well as two sequel animated series titled Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super.
20 animated movies based on the series Dragon Ball has been released in Japan. The most recent films, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (2013), Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection'F' (2015), Dragon Ball Super: Broly (2018) and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (2022), produced as a feature film and released theatrically independently. These are also the first films to have original creator Akira Toriyama deeply involved in the production process.
