Dragon Ball DAIMA anime has revealed a new trailer, introducing some more cast members and previewing the opening theme song. It has been confirmed that the entire anime has been completed and will premiere on October 11 with an extended episode.
The new trailer features the opening theme song “Jaka Jaan” by Zedd, Yukinojo Mori, and C&K.

They also revealed updated key visuals, including some additional characters.

Additionally, each artist involved in the title track left a comment. Zedd composed the song, Yukinojo Mori wrote the lyrics, while the vocal and composition unit, C&K, contributed vocals and helped compose the chorus.
Studio Toei Animation is animating the series, with Akira Toriyama handling the story and original character designs. Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki are directing the series, with Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru adapting the designs for animation and Yuko Kashihara handling the series' layout and scripts. They previously revealed a trailer, visual, and cast.
Akira Toriyama began the Dragon Ball manga in 1984. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1989. The sequel Dragon Ball Z began in 1989 and ended in 1995. The sequel to Z, Dragon Ball Super began serialization in 2015 and is still ongoing.
The franchise has received several anime adaptations, the latest of which are Dragon Ball Super and Super Dragon Ball Heroes. With the latter being separate from the main sequel, fans are excited for the story to continue. The Dragon Ball Super television anime aired from 2015 to 2018 with a total of 131 episodes. The Dragon Ball DAIMA anime was announced for October 2023.
