The next Doremon anime film, Eiga Doremon: Nobita no Esekai Monogatari, has been announced as the franchise's 45th anniversary project.
The new film takes Nobita and his friends on an adventure into the world of drawing, scheduled to premiere in Japan on March 7, 2025 JST. A trailer has been released.

Yukiyo Teramoto (Mysterious Joker, Doremon: Nobita's Secret Gadget Museum) is the director of Eiga Doremon: Nobita no Esekai Monogatari. The film's script is Satoshi Ito (co-author of Doremon script).
Doremon manga series by the late duo Fujiko F. Fujio began serialization in 1969 with Shogakukan as publisher. 46 tankoubon volumes were published between 1974 and 1996 under the Tentoumushi Comics label, and Volume 0 followed in 2019. The first Doremon anime television series began airing in 1973, while the current television series at starting in 2005.
