SEGA has revealed a new trailer for the video game Demon Slayer-Kimetsu no Yaiba-Sweep the Board!, scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch on April 26, 2024 in the Americas and Europe.
The new trailer introduces players to the core gameplay of Scan the Table!, including a look at some fun mini-games and events that can be played for up to 4 players. The trailer also offers a look at the gameplay of “Demon Slayer Dice,” where each character has their own set of dice that have their own special effects. Once used, a three-turn cooldown will begin, forcing players to use the feature effectively. Furthermore, if another character joins the party, the player will be able to use their Demon Slayer Dice in the game.
Scan the board! will be released on Nintendo Switch in Japan a day earlier on April 25, 2024. It is the second overall console game in the Demon Slayer series after Demon Slayer-Kimetsu no Yaiba-The Hinokami Chronicles, which was released released in Japan and in English in Asia in October 2021. It was later launched in North America and Europe on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC via Steam. The Switch port was released in Japan and in English in June 2022.
