third season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba focuses on the Swordsmith Village Arc, and recent episodes leading up to volume 9 have highlighted the backstory of one of the Hashiras. Tokito Muichiro is one of the main focus of this season, especially in the previous episode. The next episode will seem to keep the action centered on him.

What happened in Episode 8 of Demon Slayer’s Swordsmith’s Village Arc?
In the eighth episode of the Demon Slayer’s Swordsmith’s Village Arc, Muichiro – Hashira of Mist – regained some of his memories. He suffers from amnesia, but in a moment of weakness, his tragic past is revealed. The episode titled “The Mu in Muichiro” focuses on how he lost his family at a young age and opened up some of his potential as a Demon Hunter. Muichiro is not always strong, but his ability to be kind is his strength and best quality. At least until he turned cold after losing his memory. He has now experienced an increase in strength, a visible strength, and has taken a step forward in the fight against Gyokko by wounding the demon Superior.
Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 9 Will Continue the Story of Mist Hashira
The title of Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 9 is “Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito.” This implies that the next volume will continue to focus on Muichiro. Considering that Hashira had escaped from her underwater prison and once again caught Gyokko’s attention, a bigger fight could be brewing. Muichiro was able to slightly injure the superior demon, who repeatedly entered and exited various vases. While not a fatal blow, one is most likely on the right track if the current clues maintain their direction without any hitches emerging.
Often Demon Slayer is completely different from the main characters, although the series has effectively developed supporting characters. The previous episode did not show Tanjiro, Nezuko or Genya at all in the context of the current battle. The title of the upcoming episode implies that this could once again happen on Sunday. However, getting rid of at least one of the demons would take things much further than they were. The strangest is the lack of Mitsuri Kanroji, Love Hashira. Despite making a popular appearance in this season’s opening theme and saving the village chief a few episodes ago, she’s mostly absent. Her absence will likely continue as fans will see more of Muichiro when Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Part 3 Episode 9 airs on Sunday, June 4.
