Danger in My Heart celebrates the season 2 finale with special illustrations by Kyotaro & Anna

Finally, The Dangers in My Heart aired its second season finale today, and original manga artist Norio Sakurai released a special illustration to mark the occasion. The new illustration features main characters Kyotaro Ichikawa and Anna Yamada in matching white wedding dresses and suits.

Sakurai also posted another illustration of Kyotaro and Anna on his Twitter profile, ahead of the anime's 25th overall episode between the two seasons. The first season runs from April to June 2023.

The second season finale is definitely exciting as it features the highly anticipated love confession scene between the two main characters. A five-minute excerpt of the moments leading up to that scene was also released by the anime's production team.

Season two retained many of the production staff from the first season. Hiroaki Akagi (Teasing Master Takagi-san) again serves as director, with Jukki Hanada (Love Live! Superstar!!) as scriptwriter and series writer, and Masato Katsumata (The Quintessential Quintuplets) as character designer and Kensuke Ushio (Chainsaw Man) as composer. Shin-Ei Animation is handling the animation production for the series.

Meanwhile, the main cast includes:

This anime is adapted from Sakurai's romantic comedy manga, which has been serialized on Akita Shoten's Manga Cross website since July 10, 2018. The series is published under the Shonen Champion Comics label and has released nine volumes. tankobon as of November 2023. A 10th volume will premiere on April 8, 2024. Seven Seas Entertainment licenses the series in English for North America.
