Crunchyroll has announced that it will stream the upcoming Dragon Ball DAIMA anime, and the film will premiere on October 11, the same day as Japan. The film will be available in the United States, Canada, Latin America (including Brazil), Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.
They also revealed a trailer with English subtitles (you can watch the trailer without subtitles if the one below doesn't have them due to region restrictions).

Dragon Ball DAIMA is directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki, with composition and script by Yuko Kakihara and character design by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru. You can check out some stills from the trailer below.
The anime recently introduced several new cast members, including:

You can see most of them along with Goku in the show's image below (only Dr. Arinsu is absent).
Studio Toei Animation is responsible for the animation and will debut the series with a one-shot. The highly anticipated Sparking! ZERO game will also be released on the same day.

Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends were turned into children. What adventures await Goku, Supreme Kai and new characters Glorio and Panzy in this unknown world, the “Demon Kingdom”?
