Let’s start with a backstory where Blaise’s master tells her about the red star named Salvia.
It is said that any wish will come true when prayed, although unfortunately those who pray religiously will not have their wishes come true.
Now, let’s go back to Naut where he asks Mr. Pig if he’s prepared to die… for protecting Jess. Of course, Mr. Pig doesn’t want to die because he wants to know what lies inside the royal capital and its secrets.
And speaking of Naut, he wants to give Mr. Pig a magic bracelet of some sort.
Much like his pet Wolf Rossi, these bracelets can use magic. For example, it creates ice magic that’s useful for slowing down those pesky Yethma hunters, but doesn’t kill them outright.
Although I was surprised when Naut gave some equipment to Mr. Pig, our isekai protagonist, is still vulnerable as a direct stab from Yethma hunter will kill him. Oh, and Jess won’t save Mr. Pig because she doesn’t have any black ristae.
They finally reached the Needle Woods, where the royal capital was visible, although reaching it would be difficult as the forest was filled with Yethma hunters lurking around their prey. Surname.
Not only that, but the inn they were staying in seemed to be cursed. Do you see that black Yethma necklace over there? That attracts bad luck throughout the forest.
However, they need to rest a bit because Jess, Blaise, Naut and Mr. Pig will have a long day tomorrow.
Meanwhile, it seems Blaise wants to say something important to Mr. Pig. And by the way, Blaise’s conversation with Mr. Pig will break your heart when you hear it.
Anyway, Blaise told Mr. Pig that she made a journey to the royal capital on her own after serving the family of tomb keepers.
But along the way, Blaise was captured by two hunters, who repeatedly raped her and locked her in the church.
This was quite shocking because she was treated worse than like an animal, but even more so than just being assaulted by men.
You see, the next scene shocked Mr. Pig when Blaise revealed something underneath her clothes…
It was a gaping hole where her intestines and possibly her reproductive organs had been removed by Yethma hunters. It was unpleasant to witness this scene, but I also didn’t understand how Blaise could live so long. Normally, she would die after her organs were removed, but strangely Yethmas can function without any digestive organs.
In any case, it seems that Blaise wanted to end her life because she had suffered so much from her captors. In fact, she wants to be reincarnated to a world where she can live peacefully, although there is a slight chance that her wish will not be granted.
One last thing, Blaise told Mr. Pig that there is no clear entrance to the royal capital, but there are rumors that the only way for someone to get inside… is to petition the king. Does the king want Yethma’s innocence to enter the capital? What’s inside is still a mystery.
Now, let’s end this episode with Naut there, yet he knows nothing about the conversation between Mr. Pig and Blaise… unless he hears a little insight into it.
With that said, this episode really broke my heart because of Blaise’s backstory, but I fear that she will sacrifice her life to save Jess and Mr. Pig in the next episode. In any case, the road to the capital is reaching its peak.
