The plot of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga is progressing very well recently, readers are really enjoying the latest events, especially the part about the Shinju (God's Tree) clones.
Things will get even more interesting in the next chapters, when Kishimoto will delve deeper into the history of Shinju clones. One of them is Jura.
Who is Jura?
It remains a mystery who the original Jura was, but it appears to be the leader of the Shinju clones. So far, all the clones were created by the Ten-Tails, who split into Claw Grimes after Code messed with the Ten-Tails. Each clone appears after consuming a powerful source of chakra.
For example, a clone appeared after draining Bug's chakra, Moegi ended up being the victim, and so we saw her clone, Matsuri. There is also Hidari, a clone of Sasuke Uchiha, who appeared after Sasuke's chakra was absorbed.
And then we have Jura, who also comes from someone who was devoured by Claw Grimes, but we don't know who specifically. It's very possible that it's a copy of Isshiki. Fans know that Isshiki died fighting Naruto, but if his remains are still there, Jura could use the same powers as Isshiki.
Jura even looks like Otsutsuki Isshiki, which could make the story very interesting. But if it's based on Isshiki, then why didn't Jura create a chakra fruit?
Or perhaps Jura was created from Kawaki, who wasn't attacked by Claw Grimes, so he's not technically a clone. The problem is that Jura has similarities with Isshiki, so if not Isshiki then Kawaki is the only one with similar chakra.
How strong is Jura?
Is Jura really strong? Yes, he possesses extraordinary strength. If Jura really comes from Isshiki, then his strength is undeniable.
Speaking of power, Jura has the power of the Ten-Tails, has two Rinnegan, giving him access to the power of the Six Paths. He can even still use the power of Wood Release, as shown when invading Konoha.
But how strong Jura really is depends on who he was created from. If it were Isshiki or Kawaki, he would likely have their ninjutsu, including the powerful powers of Sukunahikona and Daikokuten. This will take Jura to the next level.
Jura's true power appears in chapter 8 of “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex”. When he invaded Konoha and faced Kawaki, he demonstrated his abilities, overwhelming Kawaki with a single blow. Jura even said that he would not take Kawaki's life because he was Otsutsuki, which shows how powerful this God Tree clone is. Remember, Kawaki is already a very strong guy.
After 3 years of not seeing Kawaki, he was a man with terrible power. The fact that Jura defeated him so easily shows that Jura is on another level. What Jura has done so far indicates that he may be the third strongest in the entire Naruto series, second only to Uzumaki Naruto's Baryon Mode and Shibai.
