Warning: Spoiler for Black Clover chapter #361Lucius Zogratis has revealed his powerful new magical abilities in black clover and they essentially make him invincible, even against someone technically stronger like Yuno. On the surface, Lucius’ ability to create endless clones of himself seems completely random and a bit too random for the sake of creating more conflict, but the series has been laying the groundwork for these new powers for quite some time now. It’s been a long time, and they come from the best sources possible.
Lucius Zogratis is apparently killed fighting Yuno in chapter #361 of Black Clover. But as Yuno stares at Lucius’ bloody corpse, another Lucius appears behind his opponent and explains that he can now clone himself unlimitedly because he now possesses ghosts. Soul, Body, Blood and Bone art. This comes as a shock, as Yuno’s hard-earned magical powers seem to have finally overtaken the final villain of the series, but it’s all a fake, and Lucius’s true powers even Even worse than fans imagined.
Lucius Zogratis’ body, blood and bone magic comes from famous villains
Readers have known that Lucius can change the souls of his victims with Soul Magic ever since he made Sister Lily one of his many Paladins. Along with Soul magic, Lucius must use Body, Blood, and Bone magic to create clones of himself. These types of spells represent the building blocks of man, for humans are souls encased in a body filled with blood and bones. But what this chapter doesn’t explain is where the Body, Blood, and Bone spells come from. The answers were obvious, and Lucius certainly got them from his brothers, who once made up the Dark Triad. Vanica possesses Blood Magic, Dante uses Body Magic, and Zenon uses Bone Magic.
The question remains how Lucius got their powers. In chapter #344, Black Clover introduces the Dark Triad revival that shows the three siblings wrapped in orb-like objects reminiscent of rehabilitation rooms. The series demonstrated that Lucius had the ability to resurrect the dead, as he was resurrecting dead mages to make them his Paladins, including Noelle’s mother Acier. But it seems Lucius’s real goal is to steal or copy his siblings’ magical abilities, thus obtaining Blood, Body, and Bone spells through mysterious means.
Not all Black Clover spells are so great
While the explanations of where Lucius got these magical abilities and why they work the way they work in chapter #361 are extremely satisfying, not all of Black’s abilities are. Clover are all clearly explained. The series still needs to explain why and how Yuno’s combination of Star Magic and Wind Magic can somehow create a spell that can manipulate the flow of time to fight Ghost. Lucius’s Time of Troubles. In spite of black clover There’s still time to explain Yuno’s uncanny ability, at least readers don’t need any explanation for Lucius’s overwhelming cloning magic.
