So we’re at the final episode of BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! and we kick things off with Sakiko Togawa, who is actually working part-time as a switchboard operator.
Man, it’s surprising that Saki-chan is working so young, but I still don’t understand what she’s thinking right now. We’ll certainly never know the truth about CRYCHIC’s disbandment, but Togawa is cooking up something with Uika Misumi as Sakiko finds some talented people for her new project.
Now then, this is Soyo Nagasaki where she wants to say something important to Tomori Takamatsu. Although the memories of CRYCHIC will linger in their hearts, including the disbandment, Nagasaki realized that the lyrics Takamatsu wrote resonated with her.
It’s great that Soyo-chan has finally made peace with her past and moved on to another chapter in her life. Of course, MyGO!!!!! is about to grow big in the near future as Tomori and the rest will face new challenges and rise up together.
And speaking of Tomori Takamatsu, it seems like she wanted to write a new set of lyrics after talking with Soyo Nagasaki. By the way, I wonder if her family supports Tomori as a musician?
Having finished speaking, Takamatsu went into her room to think as she was going to write lyrics for a new song. But this is something Tomori wants to show Sakiko Togawa because she still wants to connect with her.
Except Togawa doesn’t want to see Takamatsu’s latest work because she ignores her former bandmate. This is really rude towards Saki-chan, almost as if she doesn’t want to interact with them anymore!
But it’s sad that Sakiko Togawa has changed drastically since she collapsed after listening to CRYCHIC “Haruhikage” for a very long time. Even if she decides to leave her old band and form a new one, Saki’s heart will never heal.
Meanwhile, it seems that Tomori Takamatsu accidentally encountered Uika Misumi but this time, Anon Chihaya immediately recognized her as Sumimi’s team leader.
Even though Chihaya wants Misumi’s autograph, it seems like Anon-chan wants to promote MyGO!!!!! through social media when she showed it off to Uika-san.
Of course, there’s no guarantee that she’ll watch it in her free time, Uika Misumi is busy with another project besides Sumimi.
Oh yeah, about that new band project they’re working on. It was called Ave Mujica, where it was a fusion of theater and glam rock, while the band members wore masks and called themselves under pseudonyms to hide their real identities.
You have Nyamu Yutenji as Amoris, Uika Misumi as Doloris and Umiri Yahata as Timoris. These individuals never fear anything as they deal frankly.
As for Sakiko Togawa and Mutsumi Wakaba, they call themselves Oblivionis and Mortis respectively. They throw away their past to deliver a brand new musical experience that rivals both Roselia and RAISE A SUILEN.
But that’s the gist of what’s to come for Ave Mujica as their debut makes a splash in the girl band world. I must say that this is a new beginning for Sakiko Togawa’s new band, in which Ave Mujica will compete with MyGO!!!!! in terms of popularity.
Of course, while Tomori Takamatsu and the rest don’t mind fame as long as they stay true to themselves when performing in front of large crowds, the only thing that can derail Ave Mujica… is Sakiko Togawa.
That’s because it turns out Saki-chan’s family is dysfunctional at worst. Compared to Tomori Takamatsu, where she grew up with loving parents, I was quite shocked that an ojou-jou character like Sakiko had a difficult life as her parents divorced, thus she had to work part-time time as a switchboard operator.
Hell, I have a hunch that she disbanded CRYCHIC because Sakiko was embarrassed by her parents, which I suspect some antis exposed her embarrassing past during. You know, she was able to contact Tomori, Shiina, and Soyo about her family issues at the time, but now she has no way back now that Sakiko Togawa has become a masked musician.
And that was the end of BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! What a phenomenal performance from BanG Dream! franchise as Tomori Takamatsu and her friends found the right path through music instead of wallowing in sadness and regret. I mean, I was impressed because the story was so well written for a show about cute girls performing rock music.
Of course, MyGO!!!!! will become famous in the future when their story is half completed, it’s Ave Mujica’s turn to write their own story from the beginning as they will have their own show in the future. I am waiting for that!
