Summary:
Akira’s father is a genius “creator”. A creator is someone who receives orders to “improve” living things. For example: “hounds with fangs that crush rocks”, “horses that can fly in the sky” and even “a mermaid as beautiful as a dreamer”. However, Akira is not like his father—he hates his job, a job that makes sentient beings suffer. Furthermore, living creatures are often sold to cruel and cruel lords who do not know the value of life. Among all such creatures his father created, Akira was especially fond of the mermaid his father was creating for the king of a nearby country. Will Akira’s clear conscience get the better of him in the end?
