Anime Attack on Titan has revealed visuals for the upcoming ATTACK FEST event, scheduled to take place on January 27-28. The anime series just ended and is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The Attack on Titan anime ended its 10-year run earlier this month with an 85-minute special episode. It is adapted from the manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama, serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2021. The manga ended in April 2021 after 139 chapters, compiled into 34 volumes. The final, 34th volume debuted in June 2021. The manga was adapted into an anime by WIT Studio in 2013. Season 2 debuted in 2017, followed by a third season divided into two parts. The first season aired in the summer of 2018, while the second season began in April 2019. Studio MAPPA took over the franchise rights for the 4th season, titled Attack on Titan Final Season. The series began airing in December 2020 and has a total of 16 episodes. After finishing airing in March 2021, Season 2 was announced. Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 began last January and was followed by the 60-minute special Attack on Titan The Final Season: The Final Chapters in March this year.
