Manga Akogare no Sakka wa Ningen ja Arimasen Deshita launches on March 15

The March issue of Kadokawa’s Comic Gene magazine revealed that on February 15, the creative duo behind Associate Professor Akira Takatsuki’s Conjecture manga will launch a manga adaptation of Akogare no Sakka wa Ningen ja Arimasen Deshita (Author The author I admire is not human) (novel on the right) in the April issue released on March 15. Mikage Sawamura is the original author of the novel and Tōji Aio is drawing the manga.
The series follows literary editor Asahi Sena on a new mission with her favorite writer. She soon discovers that he may not be human and discovers a world of supernatural mystery. Kadokawa has so far published four volumes of the novel series.
Kadokawa published the first volume of the Light Novel Conjecture of Sawamura Associate Professor Akira Takatsuki in 2018. The first volume of Aio’s manga adaptation was published in 2020.
Yen Press publishes the manga in English and Yen On publishes the light novels in English. The series is ongoing.
