Aniplex has released a new 1-minute trailer for the Japanese dub of the film Dragon Raja donghua. The film will begin airing in Japan under the title Ryuzoku: The Blazing Dawn in April 2024 and will be distributed internationally by Aniplex.
The second season of Dragon Raja was announced for November 2022 but the release date is still uncertain.

The voice actors who will dub the film in Japanese include Daiki Yamashita as Lu Mingfei, Ayumu Murase as Lu Mingze, and Kaede Hondo as Motong Chen.
The 16-episode Chinese animated series is produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures, with animation production handled by animation studio Garden Culture. The first season aired in China from August 19, 2022 to November 25, 2022.
Donghua is based on the novel series Dragon Raja (Long Zu) by Chinese author Jiang Nan. A total of six volumes were published between April 2010 and December 2015.

The novel consists of five story arcs, a prequel short story, and a collection of short novels. In addition to the animated series, the novels have also been adapted into manhua comics and video games powered by Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4.
