Itō voices the character “snake(?)” with a vengeful spirit
The official website for the television anime adaptation of noho's Tonari no Yōkai-san (The Yōkai Next to Me) manga announced on Thursday that Shizuka Itō will voice the character of the vengeful spirit of a “snake”. (?)” appeared in Engamori 100 years ago and was destroyed by Jiro. The character Itō will appear in the anime's third episode on Saturday.

The anime premiered on the late night “Animazing!!!” block on ABC TV, TV Asahi and 22 affiliates on April 6 at 2 a.m. JST (actually April 7 or 1 p.m. on the 6th). April EDT). Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.

Amazon has listed an anime adaptation for March 2022 with the fourth and final volume of the manga. The volume was published in April 2022. The manga series is getting a two-volume side story, and the first side story volume was published on August 18.
The manga was originally serialized on Twitter starting in 2018, and East Press also serialized the manga on the Mato Grosso website.
The series is set in a rural town and tells stories about the carefree, warm, and sometimes mysterious lives of demons, humans, and gods living side by side in the town.
In the manga's first story, a 20-year-old cat named Buchio suddenly evolves into the mythical Nekomata creature. Buchio is worried about why they suddenly turned into a demonic creature, and together with a shapeshifting fox named Yuri, they begin studying at the “Bakegaku” academy for creatures.
