My Hero AcadeKaren has revealed a new 15-second trailer featuring Toga Himiko and Ochaco Uraraka ahead of the sequel’s return this spring. Before season 7, there will be a 4-part special titled My Hero AcadeKaren: Memories that will run for 4 weeks starting April 6. This will recap previous seasons but also show new scenes. TK from Ling tosite sigure will perform the opening theme song for season 7. Studio Bones is in charge of the animation, with Kenji Nagasaki as the main director. The remaining staff include:

Previously, a short Deku x Shigaraki trailer was released along with a 30-second general trailer. In addition to the upcoming 7th season in May, the My Hero AcadeKaren: You’re Next movie will premiere on August 2, 2024. This will be another original story overseen by author Kohei Horikoshi and the story will take place in a collapsed society. A new special focusing on the card game titled My Hero AcadeKaren: UA Heroes Battle was also released in October.
The anime My Hero AcadeKaren is based on a manga series by Kohei Horikoshi that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014. The manga was first adapted into an anime by studio BONES in 2016. The manga has five more seasons. in the following years, with the 6th season ending in March this year. Part 7 was officially confirmed shortly after. To date, this series has also released 3 films: Two Heroes (2018), Heroes: Rising (2019) and World Heroes’ Mission (2021). Crunchyroll is streaming the series and they describe the story:
