The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kentaro Yabuki’s Ayakashi Triangle Manga announced on March 28, 2023 that the anime will begin re-airing the original 12 episodes in July. episode 1. The broadcast date and time will be announced in the near future.
The staff was delayed from the 5th episode in January due to the impact of COVID-19 on the production schedule. The 4th episode aired on January 30th, but the anime started airing again on February 6th. The 5th episode was then aired on March 6th after a delay and the 5th episode. 6 airs on March 13. However, instead of airing the 7th episode on March 20th, a special recap for the first 6 episodes aired. A special then aired the following week.
Ayakashi Triangle is the third Aniplex TV Anime to be delayed this season, following NieR:Automata Ver 1.1a and UniteUp!
Noriaki Akitaya is directing the anime at CONNECT, with Kei Umabiki as assistant director. Shogo Yasukawa is in charge of the film’s script. Hideki Furukawa is designing the characters. Jin Aketagawa is the sound director, and Rei Ishizuka is composing the music.
The story is described:
Mysterious monsters known as ayakashi pervade all of Japan, but there is a special force of exorcist ninjas to counter this threat! Young exorcist ninja Matsuri spends his days fighting ayakashi to protect his childhood friend, Suzu. But when an ayakashi cat named Shirogane appears, everything turns upside down! Legendary mangaka Kentaro Yabuki returns to Shonen Jump with this new fantasy series full of ayakashi and romance!
