A new key visual and three new cast members have been announced for the upcoming Acro Trip television anime series. The series will begin airing in Japan on October 2, 2024.

New cast additions to the film include Takehito Koyasu as Hugh, Koichi Soma as Ojiichan, and Yuji Kameyama as Kuma Kaijin.
They join the main voice cast including:
• Miku Ito as Chizuko Date • Inori Minase as Berry Blossom/Kaju Noichigo • Nobunaga Shimazaki as Chroma • Kengo Kawanishi as Mashiro • Showtaro Morikubo as Baryu Omizo • Miharu Hanai as Kokoa • Chiharu Sawashiro as Tsuki
Ayumu Kotake (Assistant Pet Director) will direct the anime, with Shinichi Inotsume (Spy Classroom) as series scriptwriter, Toshie Kawamura (Yes! Precure 5) as character designer, and TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND as composer. Voil is handling animation production.
An anime adaptation based on the magical girl comedy manga by Yone Sawata, serialized in Shueisha's Ribon magazine from February 3, 2017 to December 1, 2022. A total of five tankōbon volumes have been released.

Acro Trip follows a teenage girl named Chizuko, a huge fan of the magical girl hero Berry Blossom. One day, she gets the chance to join the evil organization Fossa Magna, which gives her the chance to help her magical girl hero shine brighter.
