Anikari isn’t the only young animator who has recently shocked the anime world because of his age. A 19-year-old named Kouichi Akahiro animated one of the standout action scenes from Aoi Todo’s Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2 performing the Black Lightning technique. Episode 20 director Yuji Tokuno praised Akahiro as well as the show’s animation team, saying: “All of the creators of Jujutsu are very young and have outstanding talent, which is extremely stimulating. I look forward to the future for everyone involved.” !!”
