The upcoming anime adaptation of A Girl & Her Guard Dog has received a main trailer, more previews of the main characters’ relationships as well as the recently announced opening theme song “Suki ni Naccha Dame” na Hito” of Masayoshi Ooishi.
A Girl & Her Guard Dog will premiere in Japan on September 28 (that’s September 29 at 12:30 a.m. JST). It is based on the Kodansha-published manga series by Hatsuharu which Kodansha US describes as:

Yoshihiro Takamoto (VAZZROCK THE ANIMATION) is directing the anime TV series at Project number 9 with Aya Satsuki (Ippon! Again) is the creator of the series and Yukiko Ban (Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break) is the character designer. Cast includes Akari Kitou as Isaku Senagaki, Yuuichirou Umehara as Keiya Uto, Junya Enoki as Mikio Tanuki and Mai Nakaharanh> as Kaori Sekiya.
The manga started in 2018 and will release the ninth tankoubon volume on September 13 of this year. It was serialized in Bessatsu Friend and published under the Kodansha Comics Bessatsu Friend label.
