Bakugo Katsuki can be said to be the character in My Hero Academia the one who has changed the most. At first, his role in the story seems to be nothing more than being Deku's biggest bully. But over time, he develops a clear personality of his own and become a hero that fans can root for despite his initial tendency to get angry with everyone around.
His Explosion Quirk is one of the strongest in the series, allowing him to blow away enemies. His unique ability even caught the eye of the League of Villains, those who hope to convert him to their purposesBakugo is a hero at heart, and he possesses a shining heart of gold hidden beneath his cold, hard exterior.

Bakugo realizes that he has to face his own insecurities instead of dragging others down with him.
Bakugo is always the first to make sarcastic or harsh remarks. Especially in the early seasons of My Hero Academia, he has a rather hot temper and very little patience with anything or anyone. He had to work very hard to change this bad habit, and he did.
In this quote, he expresses his perception that putting down others like Deku just holding him back from his own potential. As he admitted to All Might, he only drags others down out of fear and personal insecurity. While this does not make it acceptable behavior, Bakugo's willingness to be humble, admit his shortcomings, and make plans to improve himself makes him quite admirable.

Bakugo become a significantly more lovable character after he underwent a drastic change in his thinking. This change occurred shortly after he survived a kidnapping attempt by the League of Villains and confessed the inner anxieties that were driving his behavior to All Might and Deku. Although he did not lose his desire to be the best, he learned to express it in healthier ways.
Bakugo has reshaped his rivalry with Deku for the better. Instead of trying to take down his fellow hero, he begins to Use Deku's successes to push himself furtherInstead of focusing on defeating Deku, he began to redirect that energy into improving himself and saving others, and that's when he began to notice noticeable improvements.
8 “Because being a hero means protecting everyone.”
With just a few simple words, Bakugo's positive changes and altruism were highlighted.
During the early days of Bakugo's hero career, he was not only blunt and rude, he hates anyone he considers weak. Obviously, this is not an ideal trait for a hero to have. Fortunately, this quote seems to indicate that his priorities are now in order, and he understands the need to protect the weak and those who have been harmed by bad guys.
In this quote, he asserts that heroes have a responsibility to keep people safe. He may have disagreed with this view earlier in My Hero Academia, so this statement highlights his positive development. Bakugo has gone from a selfish, insecure student to a a brave and honorable hero who puts others before himself.

Although Bakugo sometimes seems to truly respect very few people, He has always admired All Might.His admiration for All Might actually bonds him and Deku together, as they both take inspiration from the same hero. Bakugo not only respects All Might's efforts, he also wants to emulate him.
Even as a child, Bakugo declared that he would become a hero of All Might's caliber. Bakugo has certainly gone through some tough times, such as physical injuries, periods of low self-esteem, and even being the victim of a kidnapping. Fortunately, however, none of these incidents have made him lose sight of his goal: to become like the hero who is considered the Symbol of Peace for humanity, even surpassing them.

Bakugo wants to be number one in his own way
Bakugo is very resilient and has overcome many difficult situations. He has survived countless villain attacks, being kidnapped and forced to join the League of Villains, physical injuries, and internal battles within his own mind. Despite all the odds against him, He refused to give up on his goals.
Bakugo wants to be the best hero. However, his desire is to achieve that status in his own way, no matter what he has to sacrifice in the process. This quote represents his desire to become the number one hero in his own way and Use your own unique fighting style, not anyone else's.
5 “I am the one who will become the number one hero!”
Bakugo aims high and plans to become a better hero than All Might.
Bakugo sets pretty high standards for himself.and that is proven based on this quote. He claims, to himself and to everyone else, that he will be the number one hero. Incredibly, he even claims that he will reach a level of skill and power higher than All Might.
Although Bakugo has openly struggled with feelings of inadequacy when compared to other successful heroes like Deku, he still plans to become the best one day. This level of arrogance has lessened somewhat, and Bakugo has gradually become more humble in later seasons of My Hero Academia. However, Bakugo never stops aiming high and constantly pushes himself to excel.
4 “No matter who it is, I won't let them catch up with me, let alone get ahead of me!”
Bakugo asserts that no one can be a better hero than him.
Class 1-A has some of the best talent in all of UA High School. Bakugo has some strong competitors in his journey to become the best. However, in this quote, He claimed he could surpass any of his classmates.and anyone else.
Many of the other aspiring heroes in Bakugo's class are very strong, with a variety of useful Quirks among them. Todoroki and Deku in particular often compete directly with him as they are two of the other strongest students in the class. Despite everyone else's talents, Bakugo continues to assert that he can defeat his opponent..
3 “I've always admired All Might's victory. No matter what those bastards say… Nothing can change that!”
Bakugo bravely refuses the League of Villains' offer to join.
Bakugo's most terrifying moment occurs in season three, when he is taken away by the League of Villains during summer training camp. chose him specifically because of his sheer power, But they chose wrongly because Bakugo's morals were stronger than they thought. He had every chance to join the League, but his devotion to fighting evil prevented him from agreeing.
In a moment of shamelessness, he spoke back to Shigaraki and the other members of the League. He angrily growled at them that he would never join in their dastardly goals. Because of his lifelong admiration for All Might, his dream of becoming a hero, and his dedication to stopping evil deeds, Bakugo can never turn to the dark side.
2 “I will beat you by an undeniable margin!”
After class 1-A completes their internship, Bakugo wants to defeat Deku at all costs.
Bakugo has always felt threatened by Deku's progress as a hero and his sudden development of a powerful Quirk. His feelings of inferiority and anger only increased after his hero training. Not only does Deku learn to use his Quirk One For All more effectively thanks to his assigned hero, Gran Torino, but he also begins to shows moves in battle exactly like Bakugo actions to take
Seeing Deku “copying” him, Bakugo goes into a rage and threatens to defeat Deku in battle regardless. This quote perfectly represents Bakugo's perspective at this point in his life. He actually lacks confidence in his own strength or ability to live up to Deku's example.But he still acts as if he is superior to everyone around him.

The turning point in Bakugo's relationship with Deku
Arguably one of the most emotional moments in the entire series is when Class 1-A finally catches up with Deku after he runs away from UA to “keep them safe,” and decides to take on the fight against All for One himself. While all the students do their part to bring Deku back to normal, this moment between Midoriya and Bakugo stands out as the pinnacle of an incredibly emotional arc.
Bakugo eventually confesses that the reason he bullied Izuku in the past was because he was jealous of Izuku's indomitable spirit despite being Quirkless. He felt inferior, so he avoided Midoriya. Bakugo's unexpected and sincere apology was what finally brought Deku to his senses, and it was the perfect culmination of their relationship. It remains one of the most poignant and emotional moments in all of My Hero Academia.
